A focused scope for meaningful learning

Tertianum has informed two selected participants, and both have agreed to take part. Working with a deliberately small group allows Adherlo and Tertianum to support each participant closely, observe the experience in context, and distinguish isolated issues from improvements that may matter more broadly.

How the two-week pilot will be conducted

Each participant will use an Adherlo Smart Pillbox together with the app during the planned two-week period. The evaluation will focus on usability and practical value—not clinical outcomes—and will combine direct support with structured feedback at the relevant stages of the experience.

• Prepare and verify both devices for the participants’ mobile platforms.
• Provide a clear introduction to the app, Smart Pillbox, and pilot process.
• Observe how the connected experience fits into established medication routines.
• Collect structured feedback on clarity, usefulness, and support needs.

Before the pilot starts, participants will receive clear information about the process, the information handled during the pilot, and the support available to them. This preparation is essential for informed participation and for feedback that accurately reflects the practical experience.
