Description of Service
Adherlo provides a medication adherence platform including a mobile application, optional connected pillbox hardware, and related support services. The app offers medication reminders, intake tracking, adherence analytics, and data sharing features.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your medication information and schedules. Adherlo is a support tool and does not replace professional medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider about your medication regimen.
Account Registration
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use.
Privacy and Data
Your use of Adherlo is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Protection policy. We process your data only as described in those documents.
Intellectual Property
The Adherlo name, logo, app, and pillbox design are intellectual property of Setbase GmbH. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our software or hardware without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Adherlo and Setbase GmbH are not liable for damages resulting from misuse of the service, including missed medication doses. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email.
