Getting started with the Adherlo app
Download the app from the App Store or Google Play. Create an account with your email, then add your medications and intake schedules. The app will guide you through the setup process step by step.
Setting up your smart pillbox
Unbox your Adherlo pillbox and charge it using the included cable. Open the app and follow the pairing instructions to connect via Bluetooth or WiFi. Assign medications to each compartment based on your schedule.
Managing medication schedules
In the app, you can add, edit, or remove medications at any time. Set custom intake times, dosages, and duration. The app will automatically update reminders and the pillbox will light up the correct compartment.
Sharing data with caregivers
You can invite family members or healthcare providers to view your adherence data. They receive read-only access unless you grant additional permissions. You control who sees what at all times.
Troubleshooting connectivity
If your pillbox is not syncing, ensure Bluetooth and WiFi are enabled. Restart the app and pillbox. If issues persist, check the help section in the app or contact support.
Understanding adherence reports
Your adherence score shows the percentage of doses taken on time. Reports include daily, weekly, and monthly views. You can export reports to share with your healthcare team.
