Adherlo App – Account Deletion
SETBASE GmbH provides you with the ability to delete your account and associated personal data at any time.
How to request deletion
- Open the Adherlo app and navigate to Profile → Edit Profile → Delete My Account.
- Confirm using your registered email and password.
- Your account and associated data (e.g., schedules, devices, notification tokens) will be permanently removed.
Data handling
When you delete your account, we will delete:
- Personal account details
- Medication schedules and reminders
- Connected device associations
- Notification tokens
We may retain anonymized analytics data and legally required medical or billing records as permitted by GDPR and local regulations.
