Adherlo App – Account Deletion

SETBASE GmbH provides you with the ability to delete your account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Open the Adherlo app and navigate to Profile → Edit Profile → Delete My Account.
  2. Confirm using your registered email and password.
  3. Active account data and associated medication, intake, device, notification, and authentication records are deleted immediately after the deletion request succeeds. Certain security or audit records may be retained without the deleted account email where required for operational, security, or legal purposes.

Data handling

When you delete your account, we will delete:

  • Personal account details
  • Medication schedules and reminders
  • Connected device associations
  • Notification tokens

Deletion removes active account data immediately after a successful request. Certain security or audit records may be retained without the deleted account email where required for operational, security, or legal purposes.
